Terms & Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as “Conditions”) described below govern the use of this site (referred to as “rvparts.com” or site). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these conditions.

Privacy

Online orders are processed securely through our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. The information you share with RV Parts Express is collected solely to process your order. RV Parts Express will not share your personal information.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error in pricing information received from our suppliers, rvparts.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RVparts.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RVparts.com shall immediately issues a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Freight Claims

All shipments are F.O.B. RV Parts.com warehouse. Ownership of merchandise passes from RVParts.com when it leaves our warehouse. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for loss or damage in transit. RVParts.com will provide invoice copies and other documentation to help you in preparing your claim.

Any shipments that show obvious signs of damage must be noted upon delivery on the carriers freight bill or delivery receipt upon delivery. Follow the carrier guidelines for damage claims. If damage shows up later, contact the delivering carrier immediately, hold the merchandise, shipping carton, and packing materials for inspection and file a claim with the carrier. Please notify RVParts.com on damaged UPS shipments.

Do not repackage and/or return freight damaged merchandise to RVParts.com.

Any shortages in packing must be reported in writing to RVParts.com within 10 days.

Pricing Policy

RV Parts Express will match any advertised price on an in-stock product, with proof of the advertised price, if the part is in stock at the advertised location. This policy does not apply to typographical errors, refurbished or used products, products in an online auction, closeout or clearance products, promotional offers, employee discounts, members-only club pricing, or a competitor's price that will result in a conflict to manufacturer restrictions, or manufacturer minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policy. Please email the website address and a link to the product to be matched to sales@rvparts.com. If the product meets the above criteria, the competitor's price will be matched

Minimum Order

Minimum Order amount is $25.00. There is a fee of $5.00 if the minimum order amount is not met.
